(07:55) Monterey – The Monterey Post Office is changing their business hours next month due to the homeless issue in the Monterey County. The Postmaster announced the last day for 24 hour access will be on August 13th. The new hours for the P.O. Box area will be from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. On Sundays the hours will be between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The new hours were put into place in an effort to keep customers and employees safe.
