(07:24) SANTA CRUZ – A roadway improvement project is expected to cause traffic delays in Santa Cruz. Beginning Friday, crews will be working along 17th Avenue, as well as Brommer, 24th and Felt streets between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Motorists are being asked to avoid the area if possible or be prepared for delays of up to 30 minutes. The project is expected to be completed by the end of August. (S.G.)
