(09:00) SANTA CRUZ – The owners of a Santa Cruz bakery are being sued for sexual harassment and retaliation. The suit has been filed by a former employee of Emily’s Bakery, owned by former Santa Cruz Mayor Emily Reilly and her husband, Robert Nahas. Savanna Halliwell worked at the business from 2012 until May. In the suit, Halliwell accuses Nahas of touching her inappropriately. Halliwell claims that she was relieved of her duties after she came to Reilly and complained about Nahas’s behavior. The suit also alleges sexual discrimination and failure to prevent sexual harassment. (S.G.)
