(10:00) Soledad – A man accused of kidnapping an infant, sparking at Amber Alert out of Soledad, was in court yesterday. 43 year-old Raymond Guiterrez has been charged with kidnapping and car theft with an enhancement for a prior car theft. On Monday Guiterrez stole a car with 8 month old Emiliano Salinas in it. A few hours after Salinas went missing, he was found safe in San Jose, rescued by good samaritans. Bail for Guiterrez was set at $1 million.
