(09:00) Soledad – Authorities reported that a 1-year-old boy that was abducted from Soledad this morning has been found safe. 1 year-old Emiliano Salinas was turned in to San Jose police, right before 8:00 a.m. The location of the driver, who took Salinas from his home, is unknown at this time.
