(06:55) PACIFIC GROVE – Pacific Grove officials have approved a 5 percent increase in sewage rates. The city is planning to use the extra funds to upgrade its aging sewage system. The improvements would include fixing pipelines that date back to the 1900s. In two years, the rate increase will drop from 5 percent to 2.6 percent. (S.G.)
