(10:50) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department is now accepting applications for the 2017 Fall Session for the Community Police Academy. Participants will be exposed to the various aspects of law enforcement job duties. The deadline to apply is August 11th. The Fall Session will be held August 24th through November 9th, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. each Thursday night for 12 consecutive weeks.
