(07:46) MONTEREY – An emergency project to repair potholes on Highway 68 is expected to cause traffic delays Friday. Crews will be working in the area between the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula and Stuart Avenue. One-way traffic control will be in place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Motorists are being asked to prepare for delays of up to 30 minutes. (S.G.)
