(11:00) Santa Cruz, Monterey & San Benito Counties – Caltrans have reported the following roads are closed due to mudslides as of this morning (Monday) at 10:00: In Santa Cruz County, Highway 17 has been reduced to one northbound lane at Vine Hill Road. Highway 9 is closed from Vernon Street to 4.2 miles north of Santa Cruz at Glengarry Road. Highway 129 is closed from 6.7 miles east of Watsonville (Rogge Lane) to Santa Cruz/ San Benito County line, a detour is available. In Monterey county highway 1 is closed from Anderson canyon to Ragged Point.
