The group calling itself Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL, has posted a kill list that includes two targets in Monterey County. The terrorist organization claims the 100 military personnel listed in the post dropped bombs on its conquered territories. Two of the targets are listed as having addresses in Monterey and San Ardo. The Defense Department and the FBI are looking into the threat.
