Hospice of Santa Cruz County will offer a free presentation about advance healthcare planning 10:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Aptos Public Library, 7695 Soquel Drive.
The advance directive is a tool to help ensure that you receive the medical care you want.
The hospice says planning ahead gives patients and their loved one’s clarity and peace of mind at the end of life.
