A Hollister student has been arrested for allegedly soliciting others to fight through Instagram. Police discovered the account earlier this year, and found explicit content, including posts of nude photos and videos of minors fighting. The user collected over 25 videos from students and gained around 2,000 followers. The suspect, who is under 14 years old, gave police access to the account, which has since been closed. Officials say Instagram made no effort to remove the posts or assist with the investigation.
