A proposed flea market in Hollister has been denied by the San Benito County Planning Commission. An application for a flea market on San Felipe Road was denied in a 3-0 vote. The Hollister City Council also voted to support the Commission’s decision. Concerns regard the flea market’s proximity to the airport and its effects on traffic. An appeal is scheduled for 1:30 P.M. On December 7th at the San Benito County Administration Building.
