A 43-year old Hollister man was arrested this week on charges of felony hit-and-run after a man was killed last year. Police say Rigoberto Bonilla was driving a vehicle that struck and fatally injured 67-year old Alberto Ramos Preciado while he was walking in the 700 block of 4th Street in Hollister on December 5th. Preciado was pronounced dead at the scene. Bonilla, who was booked Wednesday into San Benito County jail, has posted bail and is slated to appear in court later this month.
