A preliminary hearing has been delayed for a man of killing a santa cruz woman last year. 63-year-old john bruce clauer was scheduled to appear in court on monday, the 6th, but he is now set to return to court on april 23rd to see if he should stand trial for killing 30-yr old heather stearns.
