The Hartnell College Education Center in King City was on lock-down for a while this afternoon, after a shooting took place nearby. The 12:30 p-m incident occurred in front of King City Cinemas on Broadway Street. The victim ran to safety and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Surveillance footage, from nearby businesses is now being reviewed. Anyone with any information about this mid-day shooting is encouraged to contact the King City Police Department.
