A monterey county man pleaded guilty Monday to sexually abusing 2-victims. 50-year-old Dwayne Arnold was convicted of abusing 2 girls under the age of 14. the abuse of the 1st victim occurred between 1998 and 1999, while Arnold lived in seaside. The 2nd victim was abused between 2007 and 2009 after Arnold had moved to a location just outside salinas. he is scheduled to return to a monterey county courtroom for sentencing on august 10th.
