Salinas Police say they arrested and cited 8-people on Sunday, after observing known gang members at La Paz Park on Roosevelt Street. 4-juveniles were taken into custody, along with 18-year-olds Cristobal Romero, Jaime Garcia, and Irma Andrea Villa. They all face charges of probation violation, with gang-enhancements. 18-year-old Miguel Munoz was also arrested; he faces alcohol-possession charges.
