A woman, who spent time in jail several years ago for identity theft, is back behind bars. Rachel McGuire was arrested Wednesday after officers went to her Felton area home. Both Mcguire and Lonnie Geist were arrested on suspicion of identity theft after deputies found her to be in possession of a stolen credit card and property. Both are scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow.
