(11:00) Santa Cruz County – The National weather service in the San Francisco bay area/Monterey California has issued a flash flood warning for Santa Cruz County tomorrow, and will last through Friday in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Some of the primary impacts are: rapid rises on streams and creeks, river flooding, rock and mudslides and recent burn scars will also be susceptible to debris flows during periods of intense rainfall.
