(07:16) SANTA CRUZ – A woman was arrested in Santa Cruz on Sunday on drug related charges. Deputies were patrolling in the area of Sunny Cove Beach when they spotted 30-year-old Angela Smith. She was found under the influence of drugs and in possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
