(10:45) Santa Cruz – Weather conditions have stalled work repairs on Twin Lakes State Beach in Santa Cruz. The $5 million dollar improvements include realigning the street, adding bicycle lanes, sidewalks and parking spaces between 5th and 7th Avenues. Officials said the project will also include visual art and will help to provide a buffer for the road and infrastructure along the coast. Construction began shortly after summer and is slated to be complete this August, instead of July.
