(13:45)MONTEREY CO.- A two-day emergency guardrail and pavement repair project in Monterey County starts on today (Monday). The repairs will take place at two locations on U.S. Highways 1 and 68. Today crews begin with guardrail repair in Carmel at Highway 1 and Corona Road from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. On Tuesday crews will be in Pebble Beach on Highway 68 near Scenic Overlook performing roadway repairs. Motorist can expect delays upto 20 minutes.
