A 26 year-old man was declared dead at the scene of last night’s shooting in Soquel. Santa Cruz county sheriff’s investigators say that the shooter is still at-large. Anyone with information about the shooting at the Emerald Bay Apartment Complex on Soquel Drive, or the shooter involved, is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Department.
