The CHP has released information on four traffic fatalities. The four fatal accidents took place over four days. On Friday 45 year old Ricardo Hernandez was arrested for DUI and manslaughter after his 67 year old male passenger was killed. On Saturday a 42 year old man was killed in a head on crash near Hollister. A Watsonville man died on Sunday on San Miguel Canyon Road in Prunedale when he lost control and veered into oncoming traffic. Then early Monday morning a 31 year old Watsonville man was found dead in a solo crash on Highway 191 ner Highway 25.
