Fatal Accident In Monterey 01/18/17B 17:30 S.S.

A  fatal  accident  occurred  in  Monterey  this  afternoon.   One  person  died  when  a  vehicle  went  off  the  Fremont  off-ramp  (from  southbound  Highway  1)  and  into  a  tree.    The  driver was  declared  dead  at  the scene  of the  1;30 p-m  accident.
