A fundraiser is scheduled to be held Saturday to raise money to help farmworkers. Members of a local low-rider car club plan to hold a Farmworker Relief Cruise, with all money raised going to the Center For Farmworker Families. That’s a local non-profit that helps connect agricultural workers with a number of resources. This is the 2nd such Cruise in Watsonville, with the first taking place about a month ago. All social distancing rules apply for the event, and there will be no social gathering or group parking. Face coverings are required when making monetary donations at the drop-off point on Southern Circle, near Yesy’s Restaurant.
