A man who escaped from police custody in Monterey this afternoon, is now back in custody. 33 year-old Corey Duncan led law enforcenent officers on a brief chase (first while driving the police cruiser he absconded with, and then on foot). Walter Colton Middle School was put on lockdown for 29 minutes….as officers looked for, found, and re-arrested Duncan.
