(18:40)SALINAS- A Watsonville man has been sentenced to over seven years in prison for DUI. 54 year old Francisco Medina was arrested for DUI in Gonzales last July. Medina’s blood alcohol was over twice the legal limit four hours after his arrest. It was his 13th DUI arrest.
