New charges are being filed against a U-C-S-C student accused of killing 2 people in a head-on crash near Moss Landing last march. That after blood tests on Lynnea Hernandez reportedly did not show she was legally impaired when she crashed the car she was driving into an oncoming car. Hernandez said she was driving a group of college students down to Big Sur for Easter break when the accident occurred.
