The law implemented to enable undocumented persons to obtain driver’s licenses is working. The California Research Bureau released a report on AB-60 showing there have been no formal complaints of discrimination since the law took effect The law requires immigrant licenses to appear different from standard license’s, prompting concerns they could promote profiling abuses.
