(09:47)SALINAS – The Salinas Police Department will be holding a promotion ceremony tomorrow. Officers Robert Hampson and Luis Bravo will both be promoted to the rank of sergeant. Sergeant John Murray will be promoted to the rank of Commander and Commander Dave Shaw will become Deputy Chief. The ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. in the City Hall Rotunda. (C.G.)
