(06:55) SCOTTS VALLEY – Caltrans officials are holding a public workshop Wednesday night to address the Highway 17 Access Management Plan. The event will discuss how to address the mobility and safety needs of the Highway 17 Corridor. Participants will address land use and transportation planning with sustainability in mind. The workshop will begin from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Scotts Valley Senior Center. (C.G.)
