(11:28) SALINAS- Gonzalo Curiel may be tried as a juvenile. Curiel who is now 19 years old, was 17 in 2015 when he and Tami Huntsman were charged with abusing and killing two children, the couple were also charged with the abuse of a surviving child. While Huntsman is facing the death penalty, Curiel is not eligible for the death penalty. If it is determined that Curiel is to be tried in juvenile court he could be released by the time he is 25 years old. He is due back in court on Thursday.
