A spokesman for the California State University system says their 23 campuses around the state now plan to re-open for in-person classes in the fall of 2021. University officials had hoped to bring students back for in-person instruction this month, but decided that the increase in the number of people with Covid-19 did not bode well for re-opening their classrooms.
