(13:39) SEASIDE- A convicted Seaside serial rapist is to be released to Yuba County. The attempted release of Eldridge Lindsey Chaney Jr. in to Monterey County during the summer of 2015 was met with public resistance. On Friday a judge ordered that Chaney, who has spent nearly 30 years in prison, will now be released to a residence in Marysville under a supervised program.
