After allegedly speeding on both freedom and airport boulevards in watsonville, a 20 year-old woman was arrested. Jessica nicole pacheco faces possible charges of d.u.i., reckless driving, and child endangerment. That last charge is because pacheco’s 18 month-old daughter was also in the car at the time. Pacheco was booked into santa cruz county jail, and has since made bail.
