A 19 year-old man has been arrested for allegedly abusing a child over about a 5-year period. Both the teen arrested and girl were underage when the abuse reportedly began back in 2007. Because the teen was underage when the abuse allegedly took place, he has been booked into Santa Cruz County Juvenile Hall.
