(17:02) CARMEL VALLEY- Cal Fire is working to contain a small fire in Carmel Valley. The blaze broke, near Schulte Rd at about 4 p.m. At this time Cal Fire crews battling the quarter acre fire are being assisted by two inmate crews, a bulldozer, a helicopter, two air tankers and five fire engines. Traffic on Carmel Valley Road is being affected. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
