(10:30) Capitola: The Capitola City Council will hold a special meeting in regards to a proposal to rezone Capitola Road from 41st to 45th avenue to allow four story buildings. This area is currently zoned as “neighborhood commercial” and allows a maximum building height of 27 feet; this proposal would change that number to 40 feet. The meeting will take place tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Capitola City Hall.
