A yellow ‘stop work” tag has delayed major expansion of the Cinelux Cinema on 41st Avenue in Capitola. The building inspector tagged the site when light demolition work was being done which required a permit. The plan, originally announced in April of this year and expected to be finished in time for Christmas, includes adding a wine bar & tapas restaurant, as well as five new screens. The new completion date is May 2015.
