The trial began tuesday for a 47-year-old marina man, who is charged with several crimes, related to his jumping off of bixby bridge last December. Steve jester is accused of parachuting off of the bridge, despite a c-h-p officer telling him not to. There is little doubt as to his guilt in that matter, (the incident was captured on video, and posted on YouTube.) However, in addition to charges of trespassing, evading an officer, and D.U.I., he is also facing charges of making terrorist threats. that’s because Jester allegedly threatened to harm the officer and the officer’s wife, after jester had been taken into custody.
