a lompico man accused of felony child abuse will remain in santa cruz county jail, after a bail hearing was postponed. 48 year old leon max gelb was arrested in march on 11 felony charges, including forcible sex acts against a child. gelb appeared in court yesterday for a bail hearing, but that motion was postponed to may 1st. a preliminary hearing has been scheduled to may 29th.
