(16:31) SALINAS – A 6 year-old boy believed abducted by biological mother was returned safe and sound. The mother, Yvonne Chaboya brought him in to the Salinas Police Department this morning saying she did not realize she violated a court ordered custody agreement when she “took the boy camping last week”. The boy appeared to have been well cared for. The case has been forwarded to the Monterey county district attorney.
