(09:30) Riverside County – The Bogart Fire in the Cherry Valley Area, of Riverside County, has grown to 1,250 acres and is 20 percent contained. Evacuation orders have been lifted for Highland Springs Village Mobile Home Park and the Banning Bench Areas. Cal Fire investigators reported that the fire was human-caused and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Arson hotline.
