(17:45) APTOS – An Aptos man will spend 1 year on probation after pleading guilty to torching 6 vehicles. 45 year-old Brian Patrick Tell’s lack of criminal history, and the remorse he showed for his actions, led the judge to hand down a sentence of probation. Tell will also have to register as an arsonist, and pay restitution to his victims.
