The 59th Annual Artichoke Food and Wine Festival took place at the Monterey Fairgrounds over the weekend. An estimated 7 thousand people attended the 2 day event, which featured wine, art and food booths, as well as live music. 95 percent of the nation’s artichoke supply is grown on the Central Coast.
