The arraignment for a UC Santa Cruz student accused of assault with a deadly weapon has been delayed. 21-year-old Victor Solano-Guzman allegedly stabbed his partner in a Stevenson College dorm room over the weekend. The victim was treated at the hospital and released. Prosecutors have announced they are still reviewing the case and delayed Guzman’s court appearance by a week Wednesday. He is being held in county jail in lieu of $375,000.
