(16:48) APTOS- An Aptos man accused of creating and sharing child porn while working as a babysitter was in court on Wednesday. 19 year old Ryan Spencer was arrested by FBI agents on April 27th his co-defendant 24 year old Bryan Peterson of Tiburon was arrested on the 26th. The U.S. Attorney charges that the men, who met online, conspired conspiracy to distribute or receive visual materials with sexual depictions of children; receipt of child pornography; distribution of child pornography; and possession of child pornography. Spencer is due back in court August 30th while Peterson is scheduled to appear on July 26th.
