Jury deliberation began yesterday, in connection with a 2004 rape and a 2014 attempted rape. Former Aptos cab driver, 50 year-old Salvador Ceja Rocha’s D.N.A. Connects both cases. Rocha faces 9 counts of: rape, kidnapping to commit rape, false imprisonment by violence, sexual battery by restraint, assault with intent to commit rape, sexual battery, attempted rape of an unconscious person, and the attempted rape of an intoxicated person.
